Mastercard recently expanded into the world of digital wallets with Masterpass, and was faced with the challenging task of differentiation. In a crowded space where user experience and security mean everything, convenience also matters to consumers.
We set out to recreate the magic of online shopping by emphasizing simplicity, connectivity and seamlessness. Using those principles to drive design and messaging, we created an identity that would help position the brand as a forward-thinking, people-centered technology company.
